Elizabeth Barrett-Anderson is a Guamanian lawyer, judge, and politician. She serves as the Attorney General of Guam, a U.S. territory. She previously held the office from 1987 to 1994. 

She is the longest-serving attorney general in Guamanian history and was the first woman to serve as attorney general.

9. Judith Teresita Perez Won Pat

Judith Teresita Perez Won Pat, also known as Judi Won Pat, is a Guamanian Democratic politician. She served as the speaker of the Guam Legislature from March 2008 to January 2017. Won Pat was the former sitting chairperson of the Committee on Education, Public Library and Women’s Affairs in the 32nd Guam Legislature.

Judith Won Pat attained her Master of Education from the University of Guam.

Won Pat was married to the late Melvin B. Borja (1954–1996), and they had three children: Ahtoy, Melvin, and Ana Maria Catherine Won Pat-Borja; she also has three grandchildren

8. Michael Warren

Michael Warren “Mike” Cruz, M.D. is a surgeon and former politician in Guam, a U.S. territory. Cruz served as the eighth elected Lieutenant Governor of Guam from 2007 to 2011.

Cruz is a Colonel in the Guam Army National Guard. He is a veteran of Operation Desert Storm. Cruz volunteered as a commander in the Rapid Advanced Medical Team during the Iraq War, serving from 2003 to 2004. He was a recipient of Bronze Star Medal for his tour of duty in Iraq.

Cruz is a surgeon, and served as the Medical Director of the Guam Memorial Hospital. He is a member of the American Board of Surgery, and the American Society of Breast Surgeons, and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

7. Kaleo Scott Moylan

Kaleo Scott Moylan is a Guamainian politician and businessman, also a member of the Republican Party of Guam. He became as Lieutenant Governor of Guam between January 6, 2003 to January 1, 2007.

Before that, he was a senator in the Guam Legislature. A member of the Republican Party, he is the son of the first elected Lieutenant Governor, Kurt Moylan, a founding member of the Republican Party of Guam, and the grandson of businessman, Scotty Moylan. Outside politics he has held various positions for the Moylan family’s businesses including Moylan’s Insurance Underwriters, Inc.
