7. Government Affairs Director – 280,000 CHF (£224,303)
Responsibilities: A government affairs director is accountable for the strategic development and implementation of government affairs activities to support business objectives of the company.
Key skills/traits: For this position, the ability to communicate effectively (both orally and in writing), resolve issues quickly, multitask and prioritise is a must. Candidates should also exhibit strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
Education: At least a bachelor’s degree in law, government affairs or in a similar area is required. Also, extensive experience (10+ years) in a government affairs and/or administration position with thorough understanding of the legislative and regulatory framework is a plus.
