Responsibilities: Compensation managers design and administer a company’s compensation programs and policies, including annual merit and incentive pay programs, supplemental and differential pay policies.
Key skills/traits: Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and effectively use rational systems to solve practical problems.
Education: A BSc or BA in business, human resources, accounting or a related field is highly recommended. Also, 5+ years of experience in compensation, accounting, human resources or a relevant field is required.
