Our Data sourced from the Ministry of Education(educationcounts.govt.nz). New Zealand Qualifications Authority(NZQA) and schools analyzed by Metro.
The ranking favors University Entrance Pass Rates as we feel that although the majority of school leavers will not attend university, a good UE pass rate indicates that a school focuses on academic achievement across all students. UE data is also harder to manipulate as it is a proportion of all school leavers, regardless of year level.
The ranked schools were picked from all boarding schools in New Zealand.
